Module 6 Summary

Module 6 improved my understanding of internet privacy and security. Recently I changed my personal security practices, because my computer was compromised by malware. I had to change the password of all of my accounts and wipe and reinstall windows. It was a wake-up call for me to increase my computer security.

My current practices are to have 2 factor verification on all of my accounts. I also change my passwords to my important accounts on a regular basis. I am more careful on things I download on the internet and i use ad blockers and tracker blockers when on the web. This all increases my security against phishing and malware attacks.
